    Once you have chosen an apartment, we will ask you for a 700 GBP non refundable reservation fee. This deposit will reimbursed to you upon receipt of the 30% advance payment. Upon receipt we will forward a Preliminary contract.
    Step 2 - Signing of the preliminary contract and advance payment 30%
    Once you have received the preliminary contract legal representation (if taken) must be assigned immediately in order to meet the 21 day deadline allowed for contract signing. Once the preliminary contract has been signed you will be required to transfer the 30% advance payment to the notified development
    account.
    Step 3 - Foundation stage payment 20%
    20% of the purchase price payable within 21 days of receipt of notification of completion of foundations.
    Step 4 - Roof stage payment 20%
    20% of the purchase price payable within 21 days of receipt of notification of completion to roof.
    Step 5 - Final stage payment 30%
    30% of the purchase price upon notification of unit completion.

  • Applications for Finance
    As soon as the foundation payment is paid, if you intend to apply for finance through a Bulgarian mortgage it should be applied for immediately. You will be asked for a significant amount of documents to successfully complete a mortgage application
