Property situated in a very picturesque village with long and interesting history. The village is part of Veliko Tarnovo District, and offers all the basic utilities such as a post-office, several shops, pubs, cafes, etc. A regular bus transport to the surronding towns is also provided.
The property shown is located on the corner of the main street and another smaller street, on walking distance from the village's center. It is a solid, brick-built, two-storeyed house with a big yard.
The ground floor of the house offers two rooms, a cellar and a corridor. The cellar could be used by its original purpose- as a storage, or it could easily be transformed into anything else (a nice authentic tavern or a winery for example).
Outer cement stairs are leading to the secong floor, which comprises of another three rooms and a corridor. As there is plenty of space adding inner bathrooms on both floors in the far ends of the corridors would be no problem. This would bring much more comfort for living in the house.
Yet there is an attic having the same floorage as the other two floors. This is a great opportunity of turning it into additional living area with its own bathroom for example.
Outside the house is the yard. Spreading over 2500 sq.m. of land, well-kept and absolutely plane, it provides numerous opportunities. Bulding-in a swiming-pool is an excellent idea of what it could become. This would bring much more charm to the property. At the moment there are beautiful flower and fruit gardens with several fruit trees. All this could be developed into something even more beautiful and also useful.
The property is easy accessible through all season via an asphalt road in very good condition. The big double-sized gate on the side wall, gives the opportunity of parking several cars stacked into the yard.
Water and electricity are connected to mains, Cable TV and Internet could easily be provided. The property offers plenty of opportunities, but it woud naturally need some renovation work as it has been uninhabited for the last few years.
