The ground floor of the house offers a big glazed entrance-hall, a kitchen, one room, inner bathroom which is a big advantage for the comfort of living in the house. Underneath the house is the cellar. It could be used by its original purpose- as a storage, or it could easily be transformed into anything else (a nice authentic tavern or a winery for example).
A few cement stairs in the entrance-hall are leading to the second part of the ground floor, which comprises of three big bedrooms and a big corridor. The corridor offers enough space for bricking-up an inner bathroom for the bedrooms, which would bring much more comfort for living.
Yet there is an attic having the same floorage as the second part of the ground floor. This is a great opportunity of turning it into additional living area with its own bathroom for example.

Most of the Bulgarian rural houses have lots of farm-buildings. This one does not make an exception. There are a barn, a granary, big, solid two-storeyed hay-loft, pigsties, penthouses and hen-houses. All these could be used by their original purpose, or could easily be transformed into anything else (e.g. Additional living area, playing rooms, workshops, BBQ area, etc.). All these provide numerous opportunities and has an unlimited potential.
The property is easy accessible through all season via an asphalt road in very good condition. A big plus is the presence of a garage. There is also a big double-sized gate on the side wall, which gives the opportunity of parking several cars stacked into the yard.
Water and electricity are connected to mains, Cable TV and Internet could easily be provided. There are water fountains inside the house and outside in the yard. The property is in overall very good condition, and could be used for living right away, but for more comfort would naturally need some renovations.
