Property situated in a beautiful village near the town of Levski. The village is part of Veliko Tarnovo District and offers all basic utilities such as a post-office, several shops, pubs, cafes, etc. There are regular transport links to the surronding towns and villages.
The property shown is located on walking distance from the village's center. It is a solid, brick-built, two-storeyed house, with a big yard and plenty of farm buildings. The property is in overall very good condition.
The first floor offers kitchen with dinning area, bedroom and an inner bathroom, which is a big advantage and provides much comfort for living. Attached to the house is the so called „summer kitchen“. It is a perfect solution for cooking during the hot summer days. Outer cement stairs are leading to the second floor. It offers another three bedrooms and a corridor. As there is plenty of space bricking-up another inner bathroom would be no problem. A lot of charm to the house is bringing the veranda in front of the second floor. It provides stunning views to the surrondings.
Yet there is an attic having the same floorage as the second floor. This is a great opportunity of turning it into additional living area. Underneath the house is the cellar – with its constant temperature, it could be used for storing a variety of preserves or wines.
Outside the house is the yard. Spreading over 1500 sq.m. of land, well-kept and absolutely plane, it provides numerous opportunities. There is enough space for adding a swiming-pool which would bring much more charm and value to the property. At the moment there are beautiful flower, vegetable and fruit gardens, lots of fruit trees and wal-nuts. The draw-well in the yard is also a big plus to the estate. It could be used for filling-up a swiming-pool, watering the garden or as an alternative water supply for example.
Most of the Bulgarian rural houses have lots of farm-buildings. This one does not make an exception. There are a barn, a granary, a big two-storeyed hay-loft, pigsties, penthouse and hen-houses. All these could be used by their original purpose, or could easily be transformed into anything else (e.g. Additional living area, playing rooms, workshops, BBQ area, etc.).
Water and electricity are connected to mains, Cable TV and Internet could easily be provided. There are water fountains inside the house and outside in the yard. The property is in overall excellent condition, and could be used for living right away, but for more comfort would naturally need some renovations.
