Property situated in a peaceful village near the town of Sevlievo, Gabrovo District. The village is located in North-Central Bulgaria at the foot of the Balkan Mountains, 12 km away from the town of Sevlievo and 40 km from town of Gabrovo.

The village:
Mladen is a small and cozy village hidden between the hills surrounding the town of Sevlievo. Just 4 kilometers North of the village is one of the biggest dam lakes in Bulgaria- Aleksander Stamboliiski Dam. This plus the forest surrounding the village make the area suitable for fishing and hunting. The climate is temperate, with fresh and cool air, salubrious for the respiratory organs.
The village is small, with population of about 400 people, most of them Orthodox Christians. All the basic utilities like Post- Office, shops, cafes, pubs, etc. are provided. Regular transportation to the surrounding towns and villages is also available.

Sevlievo municipality is located in North-Central Bulgaria in Gabrovo District. The Municipality consists of 1 town (municipal center Sevlievo) and 52 villages. The Municipality of Sevlievo is close to the geographic center of Bulgaria - 178 km away from Sofia and 283 km away from Varna. It is located on GP - 4 main road and has regular bus services connecting it to Sofia, Varna, Plovdiv, Rousse and others.
Sevlievo region has been endowed by nature with a lot of beautiful places and sights. There are very good sports and tourism facilities: modern stadium, four auxiliary playgrounds, sports hall, tennis courts, indoor swimming pool, fishing and hunting tourism areas in Lugut Hunting Unit. Gabrovo Region is situated in Central Northern Bulgaria, bounded by the regions of Veliko Tarnovo, Lovech and Stara Zagora.

Medieval fortresses guarded the Balkan passes (near the villages of Batoshevo and Gradnitza, located in the vicinity of Gabrovo).
Handicrafts thrived in the region during the National Revival period giving rise to the Tryavna Arts School. Master builders, woodcarvers and icon painters became famous for their talent and skills and their fame traveled far beyond the boundaries of the Ottoman Empire.
Dryanovo is the hometown of the greatest Bulgarian builder of the National Revival period, bearing the title of “architechton” – Nikolay Fichev, surnamed Kolyu Ficheto. The icon painters and woodcarvers of Tryavna have left wonderful works of art. Gabrovo Region is also connected with the origins of the Bulgarian secular education beginning with the foundation of Aprilov’s High School.
