There are other British people in the village, some of them living permanently there. The village offers all basic facilities – food shops, pubs, restaurants, post office, municipality building, etc.
The property is situated in the village's outskirts, close to the village’s dam lake. The estate comprises of a large plot of 2890 sq. m. of land, big two-storied house in overall good condition, summer kitchen attached, many outbuildings, draw-well and a drive-way. The property provides privacy and stunning views to the surroundings.
The house is facing South-East, it is on two floors and in very good condition. The first floor offers two entrance-halls, six rooms and an inner bathroom, which is quite an advantage for the comfort of living. The second floor offers another three good-sized bedrooms, and a corridor. A second bathroom could be added on the second floor for more comfort of living.
There is an attic with the same floorage as the second floor. Underneath the house is the cellar – with its constant temperature is a perfect place for storing wine, preserves or anything else. It could also be converted into a traditional tavern.
The yard spreads over 2890 sq. m. of land (divided in two equal parts in front and at the back of the house), very well-kept, and providing enough space for adding a swimming pool and/or growing different fruit trees, vegetables, flowers, vineyards, etc. A nice, well landscaped garden could be arranged in front of the house, and the land behind the house could be used for agricultural purposes.
There is a draw-well which is a big plus to the estate, as the water from the well never ends and it is free of charge; usually used for watering the garden, filling up a swimming pool, or as an alternative water supply for the house.
The property has many farm buildings, which are approx. as big as the house is. The barns are brick and stone built, attached one to another. Some of the outbuildings are as high as a two-storied building, which makes them easily convertible into almost anything - BBQ area, workshops, playing rooms or even second house or studio apartments.
Next to the outbuildings is the driveway, which allows parking several cars into the yard. The house is accessible through all seasons via an asphalt paved road in good condition.
Water and electricity are connected to mains, there are water fountains inside the house and outside in the yard. There is electricity and water in some of the outbuildings. Internet and Cable TV could easily be provided. The house is in good condition, but for more comfort would need some modernization works.

The relief in the region is diverse – there are lowlands, hilly plains, river valleys and heights of the fore-Balkan Mountains, parts of the central Balkans. The Yantra is the largest and high water river in the region. Some other big rivers are Yantra`s tributaries – the Rositza and Dryanovo Rivers. Well-developed is the stockbreeding sector.
